At the Hagerstown/Washington County Convention and Visitors Bureau, we commit ourselves to buy locally. This includes our advertising, which is rarely intended for a local audience. TransPromotion provided the CVB the opportunity to both buy locally and advertise regionally. The Visit Hagerstown truck is running from Winchester VA to Harrisburg, Carlisle, and York PA every day and back, mostly on Interstate 81. It generates about 50,000 daily impressions or 1.5 million monthly impressions.
